Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience • Food Service background/experience preferred Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities Knowledge in: • Menu Items, Preparation methods and ingredients of ALL Product • Must know safety information regarding all materials used within the scope of the work. • Standards of Operation • Services, hours of operation, calendar of events Skills: • Must have excellent people skills. • Must have basic math skills. • Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations. • Computer literate to thoroughly operate our systems: input sales, collect payment and make change. • Must be able to perform all job functions safely. • Must participate in company orientation and training. • Service minded, friendly professional behavior with a welcoming and personable attitude. • Proven ability to serve customers in a polite, professional and patient manner Abilities: • Responsible, trustworthy and can multi-task • Strong organizational and time management skills • Market and promote to increase exposure and sales • Have the ability to work in close proximity to others • Can stand on your feet for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks • Must have the ability to work for extended time periods in an extreme environment, including outdoors, sun, heat, cold, wind, rain, and higher than normal noise levels. • Ability to operate a POS terminalSalary
