The Front Desk Attendant serves as the first point of contact for members and guests at the Beach Club. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling inquiries, and supporting daily operational administration while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival. • Check guests in and verify membership or room status. • Manage reservations for beach, pool, and related amenities. • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally. • Coordinate communication between attendants, management, and resort teams. • Maintain accurate daily attendance logs and usage records. • Handle guest concerns or escalate issues appropriately. • Process applicable transactions in accordance with company procedures. • Ensure front desk area is organized, clean, and professional at all times. • Support operational reporting and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous front desk, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Comfortable using reservation systems and basic computer software. • Professional demeanor and polished presentation. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in busy environments.
