We are seeking an accounting professional to join our administrative team. Reporting to the Group Accountant, this is a hands-on role with wide scope over both internal and external clients' accounting functions. Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Development and organization of administrative and financial systems Management of billing & claims, AIR, NP, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting Oversee End of Day, End of Week, And Month End reporting Review of financial reports for accuracy and providing feedback and analysis. Property and asset management Participation in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reporting Performance of daily accounting/administrative duties and others as required.

Requirements

Applicants should have an internationally recognized Accounting designation with at least 2 years' experience. Experience in hospitality accounting will be an asset. Advanced Excel skills to create and edit spreadsheets for ad hoc reporting are essential. Proficiency in an accounting software program is required. Attention to details and adherence to deadlines will be paramount. Due to the nature of the business, applicants must be prepared to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
