Responsibilities include maintaining a sales pipeline, qualifying prospects, appraising HVAC and fire safety systems, identifying upselling opportunities, and building relationships with prospects and key accounts.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical sales, HVAC, mechanical services, fire protection, building services, facilities or related environment; Practical understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems; Experience with fire alarm, sprinkler, fire pump, and gas suppression systems; Ability to read technical procedures and drawings; Familiar with NFPA standards and Bermuda Fire Code; Valid Bermuda Driver's License; Strong computer skills.
