This role combines pool product knowledge, water-care guidance, technical support, client advisory support, supplier coordination, inventory management, showroom assistance, warehouse responsibilities, and day-to-day operational duties across Island Trading’s pool, patio, furniture categories. The successful candidate will support both trade professionals and private clients with their pool, patio and outdoor living requirements.

Requirements

Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) qualification, or equivalent recognised certification. Strong interest in pools, patio products, furniture and outdoor living. Practical, hands-on approach. Ability to consult clients clearly and professionally. Strong communication skills. Ability to multitask across showroom, warehouse and operational areas.
