On behalf of our client, Ocean Interiors Ltd., we are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for managing client expectations and service standards, meeting strict deadlines and ensuring that all work is delivered safely, on time and within budget. The successful incumbent must be efficient with the managing of equipment and materials, managing workloads and delegation, coordinating and monitoring all staff to ensure a strong work ethic and professional demeanor while dealing with co-workers and clients. Ocean Interiors has zero tolerance to drug and alcohol abuse.

Requirements

At least seven years of experience in all aspects of masonry and site management with high proficiency in all areas of construction and masonry for both commercial and residential projects; ability to read and interpret instructions; knowledge of all tools, techniques and materials used in the trade; able to produce high quality work including setting out, plastering, concrete placement, slating and formwork; reliable and fit; able to work extended hours including weekends and holidays; security checks required.
