The Assistant Restaurant Manager reports to the Restaurant Manager. Candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day operations including staff training, supervising, inventory, and cost control. Must be able to operate Aloha Pos systems and online ordering. Based on the nature of these positions and they are positions of trust; a police certificate is required. Candidates must be prepared to work shifts, extended hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Requirements
Degree in the food & beverage industry; at least two (2) years of work experience in a supervisory position; five (5) years' experience in the restaurant industry; ability to operate Aloha Pos systems; excellent communication skills; police certificate; two (2) employment references.
