The incumbent supervises housekeeping personnel, audits room and corridor cleanliness against hotel standards, conducts staff training and performance evaluations, addresses guest complaints, and assists with preventive maintenance reporting. Responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring cleanliness, managing performance, and adhering to hotel policies.

Requirements

High school diploma required; Hospitality degree is an asset. At least 2 years housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment required; 1 year supervisory experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work well under pressure. Experience with Property Manager and Microsoft Office an asset. Attention to detail and ability to meet exacting standards. Proven ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
