The incumbent prepares quality food items following hotel recipes, assists with menu, optimizes labor and food costs to minimize waste, resolves guest concerns, and collaborates with culinary leaders on food presentation and equipment maintenance. Responsibilities include offering professional guest service, maintaining food cost and labor cost, assisting in menu creation, and ensuring safety and sanitation codes are followed.

Requirements

Documented culinary certification preferred, 3 years culinary experience in a luxury hotel, 1 year international experience preferred, strong creative culinary skills, proven communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effective team player and ability to focus on guest needs.
