The incumbent assists in managing Front Office operations, leads shift briefings, supervises team performance, resolves guest concerns, handles daily financial reconciliations and group liaison, and schedules staff to optimize labor costs and service. Responsibilities include motivating and coaching team members, conducting shift briefings, completing quality assurance inspections, resolving guest concerns, managing cash and credit transactions, liaising with group contacts, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

An undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management is strongly preferred. Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in Front Desk / Guest Relations / Guest Services role in a luxury hotel environment. At least 1 year international experience in a luxury hotel is strongly preferred. Proven ability to focus on guest needs, strong supervisory/leadership skills, and the ability to meet high service excellence expectations. Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player. Strong knowledge of computerized Front Office systems and MS Office Suite is required.
