Portofino Restaurant is seeking several positions: Head Chef with Italian and European cuisine experience; Sous Chef for a busy kitchen environment; Chefs with solid Italian or International experience; Servers for client experience in dining room, patio, catering and takeout; and Kitchen Assistants for cleaning, sanitizing, and basic food preparation. All positions require shift work and a willingness to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays. Portofino maintains a drug-free work environment and requires a clean criminal record.

Requirements

Head Chef: 5+ years experience. Sous Chef: 3+ years senior experience. Chefs: 3+ years experience. Servers: 2+ years full-time experience. Kitchen Assistants: Reliable, able to work with caustic chemicals and work unsupervised. Clean criminal record and solid employment history required for all.
