HOUSE OF INDIA, Bermuda's oldest authentic Indian Cuisine Restaurant, is seeking to fill various positions including General Manager, Head Chef, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, Senior Chefs-De-Partie, Chefs-De-Partie, Commis-De-Cuisines, Junior Commis-De-Cuisines, Restaurant Captains, and Full Wait Staff. These roles involve operating within an award-winning Indian cuisine restaurant offering Take-out, Dine-In, Catering, and Special Events. Candidates must be able to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to a 7-day work week. Applicants must be diligent, dependable, and trustworthy with an excellent work ethic. Police reports and clean drug/alcohol test reports will be required for shortlisted applicants.

Requirements

Varies by role: General Manager requires 8-12 years experience and computer literacy; Chefs require Accredited Culinary Degree/Certification and 2-5 years Indian cuisine experience; Restaurant Captains/Wait Staff require 3 years Indian cuisine experience and knowledge of Indian ingredients; All roles require flexibility for split shifts and weekend work.
