On behalf of our client, Seaside Grill, we seek an Operations Manager. The candidate will plan, organize, direct and control the operations of Seaside Grill's branches. Duties will include but not limited to managing the workload of 10 kitchen staff, Cashier's work, administering and controlling budgets for supplies and equipment, preparing financial reports and records management, managing the delivery of food orders, monitoring supply inventories and training of new staff. The Operations Manager will also be in charge of the daily opening and closing of the two branches of the restaurant.

Requirements

Having at least 5 years work experience in the culinary industry as a Restaurant Manager or in likely similar role.
