All The Kings Men is seeking qualified applicants for multiple positions on behalf of Henry VIII Restaurant and Robin Hood Pub & Restaurant. Positions demand excellent timekeeping, working split shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Staff must be willing to work at either location, able to work well as a team, and adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards. Key roles include General Manager (responsible for all operations, budgets, and marketing), Restaurant Managers (day-to-day operations and staff scheduling), Financial Controller (managing books and accounting), Head Chefs, Sous Chefs, and specialized kitchen/floor staff.

Requirements

Varies by role. General Manager: At least five years of supervisory experience in a similar environment. Restaurant Manager: Minimum two years' recent experience. Financial Controller: Minimum 5 years' hospitality accounting experience. Head Chef: Minimum three years' recent experience at a senior chef level. Sous Chef/Chefs de Partie/Sushi Chef: Minimum two years' recent experience in a similar position. Wait staff: Minimum two years' experience. All applicants must have experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
