Tom Moore's Tavern is seeking candidates for various culinary and hospitality roles including Executive Chef, Chef De Partie, Chef Patisserie, Waiter/ess/Wine Steward/ess, Sommelier/Assistant Manager, and General Assistant Diningroom. These roles involve maintaining high standards of food preparation, service, and management. All positions involve shift work six days/week including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Requirements

Varies by position; ranges from 3 to 5 years of experience in first-class restaurants or F&B industry. Specific skills required for different roles such as pastry, wine knowledge, silver service, POS systems, and staff management.
