Hamilton Princess & Beach Club is Bermuda's only luxury urban resort. We are looking for a Chef de Partie (Pastry/Baker) to ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items according to hotel recipes and standards. Responsibilities include striving to improve food preparation and presentations, assisting with menu development, content proposals, costing, recipes, production lists, and maintaining dough's and rotation of baked products.

Requirements

Three (3) years general culinary; pastry / baking; or butchery experience in a luxury hotel environment is required. Documented culinary certification (Red Seal certificate, Journeyman's papers or international equivalent) is strongly preferred.
