KFC Operations Ltd. is seeking Shift Supervisors and Management Trainees. These are hands-on positions in a busy environment. Shift Supervisors will assume overall responsibility for operation and security of the restaurant in absence of the General Manager, supervising 10-15 employees, and safeguarding restaurant assets. Management Trainees are ideal for recent graduates looking to apply academic knowledge to real-world situations, progressing through training as a Team Member or Shift Supervisor with the objective of undertaking additional management roles. These are not 9-5 Monday to Friday jobs; KFC operates day and night shifts 7 days per week including holidays.

Requirements

For both roles: Punctuality, communication skills, numeracy skills, computer literacy (MS Office, POS), and business-oriented perspective. Shift Supervisor: Minimum 2 years' prior team management and leadership experience in quick service food industry. Management Trainee: Post-secondary degree or diploma (business preferred) or 3 years relevant management experience.
