Island Cuisine Restaurant is hiring for multiple positions including Head Chef, Chef de Partie, Waitress/Waiter, and Cleaner/Light Maintenance/Kitchen Hand. Head Chef responsibilities include ordering, inventory, scheduling, and menu planning. Chef de Partie focuses on food preparation and station maintenance. Wait staff handle POS systems, cash/credit sales, and customer service. Cleaner/Kitchen Hand roles involve heavy lifting, cleaning equipment, and restaurant upkeep. All roles involve working weekends, split shifts, and public holidays. Zero drug tolerance and high hygiene standards are required.

Requirements

Head Chef: 4+ years experience in similar position. Chef de Partie: 3+ years experience. Waiter/Waitress: 5+ years experience. Cleaner/Kitchen Hand: 3+ years experience and ability to do very heavy lifting. All staff must be able to follow strict COVID-19 protocols.
