Reporting to the Director of Innovation and Technology, the Educational Technology and Innovation Coach will inspire and empower educators and students from Primary to Secondary through the effective integration of technology, digital fluency, and innovative instructional practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field • Master’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field (preferred) • Qualified teacher with a minimum of five years’ classroom teaching experience • Proven experience in educational technology integration, instructional coaching, or curriculum development • Strong knowledge and application of current educational technology tools, blended learning models, and digital learning practices • Knowledge of digital citizenship frameworks and best practices • Familiarity with ISTE Standards for Educators and Students (preferred) • Ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues and collaborate effectively with IT teams • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively and inspire innovation across diverse contexts • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a growth mindset • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and school priorities • Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Relevant student safety certifications (e.g., SCARS, First Aid/CPR/ AED) are preferred or must be obtained • A clean criminal record
