Coinbase Bermuda Limited offers a world class business payments suite, enabling startups and SMBs to adopt stable coin payments for invoices, payment links and global payouts. They empower companies of all sizes to store, trade, and pay with crypto through a compliant, user-friendly platform. The Coinbase Bermuda team is seeking a Product Manager II to lead core feature development for an all-in-one on-chain operating platform that helps businesses manage their crypto finances seamlessly. This role is for someone who is passionate about the power of crypto and blockchain technology and relishes the pressure and privilege of working with high caliber colleagues. Responsibilities will include: • Driving the development of key features for the platform, managing the product lifecycle from discovery and specification to launch and iteration. Managing a prioritized backlog for critical product areas such as business onboarding, payments, and reporting. • Partnering with business customers to deeply understand their needs and translate their feedback into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories. • Collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners like Risk and Compliance to execute on the product roadmap and deliver world-class user experiences. Ideal Candidate Requirements: • 5+ years of product management experience and successfully shipping features for B2B SaaS or FinTech products. Strategic mindset and strong product sense, with the ability to connect your team's work to the broader product vision and business goals. A strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle. You excel at the tactical parts of the job: writing clear specs, managing a backlog, and driving execution. Excellent communication skills with good technical aptitude and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and with engineers on complex financial systems. • A founder's mindset; you thrive on ambiguity and are energized by building from the ground up.

5+ years of product management experience and successfully shipping features for B2B SaaS or FinTech products.
