Main Duties and Responsibilities: Promote and advocate for positive animal welfare in all programs and interactions. Oversee the implementation and expansion of the Compassionate Class program, with a goal of reaching all schools in Bermuda. Coordinate and manage all shelter tours, ensuring a welcoming and educational experience for visitors. Develop and manage the Camp Program, including creating schedules, budgeting, syllabi, and staffing plans. Support the Junior and Adult Volunteer Program, assisting with recruitment, coordination, and engagement. Enhance the organization's educational outreach within the community through innovative and impactful initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements: Hold a primary school teaching qualification or equivalent. Demonstrate a strong commitment to public service and a deep compassion for animals and their welfare. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences. Exhibit initiative and the ability to work independently to complete tasks effectively. Have a thorough understanding of both private and public school systems in Bermuda. Be proficient in database management and website creation or willing to learn. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Hold a valid driver's license (ability or willingness to learn to drive stick shift is an advantage). Must be Bermudian, a Spouse of Bermudian, or a Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) holder. Qualified candidates should submit a detailed resume with cover letter and 2 references to:
