Family Centre is seeking an experienced and highly skilled clinician to join our Counselling Services team as Counselling Team Leader. This senior role provides clinical leadership while delivering high-quality therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families across Bermuda. Candidates must have the following: * A Master's degree in counselling, social work, psychology, or a related health or social science discipline, with formal clinical training. * A minimum of seven years' post-graduate counselling experience working with children, teens, and families presenting with emotional, behavioural, and/or social needs. * Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring, or professional support to counselling staff, students, or interns. * Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. * Sound knowledge of child and adolescent development, counselling theories and techniques, and Bermuda's social service system. * A commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practice. Major duties and responsibilities include: * Providing individual, family, and group counselling services to children, teens, and families with complex needs. * Maintaining a caseload and delivering clinical assessments, treatment planning, and case management. * Providing clinical leadership, consultation, and supervision to counselling staff, interns, and students. * Supporting the design, delivery, and oversight of therapeutic group services and summer programmes. * Collaborating with the Director of Counselling Services to support daily operations, quality improvement, and accreditation standards. * Ensuring appropriate documentation, outcome measurement, and ethical practice are maintained.
