Our client, Mollie Bigley Design & Architecture Ltd, is seeking a highly organized and commercially aware Design Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of architecture and interior design projects from design development through procurement, construction, installation, and project close-out. This is a business critical role requiring strong project management capability, excellent client and supplier communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams across the studio, clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in project coordination / management, within architecture, events, production, agency, or other design-led environment. Proven experience overseeing projects from creative proposal planning & execution, brief/design development, managing internal design teams, procurement, installation, reconciliation, and close-out. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is required and fluency in navigating AutoCad advantageous. Demonstrable experience working with high net worth clients in providing a luxury client experience preferred. Applicants must be flexible to work outside of standard business hours including evenings and weekends to meet project demands.
