Multiple culinary positions available for a very busy restaurant environment. Positions include Chef de Partie, Chef, Demi Chef, Sushi Chefs, Baker/Chef, and Kitchen Assistant/Prep Chef. Responsibilities range from assisting kitchen staff and food preparation to specialized roles in Japanese cuisine or bakery production. All positions involve shift work including weekends, evenings, late nights, and public holidays. This is a drug-free workplace; testing and a police clearance certificate may be required.

Requirements

Chef roles: 2-5 years of experience depending on the specific position. Baker/Chef: 3 years of experience in desserts, pastries, and breads. Kitchen Assistant: 3 years of kitchen operation experience, knowledge of cleaning products/sanitizers, and ability to handle heavy cleaning and prep work. All applicants must be honest, reliable, and possess a good track record.
