The incumbent leads the housekeeping team to ensure clean guest areas, manages inventory and linen removal, responds to guest requests, reports defects, and enforces all safety and sanitation policies. Responsibilities include supervising team members, ensuring cleanliness of guest areas, managing inventory, and adhering to safety and health policies.

Requirements

High school diploma required; a Hospitality degree is an asset. At least 2 years housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment required; at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment, and experience with Property Manager and Microsoft Office is an asset. Must possess a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and flexibility to work various shifts.
