Seeking immediate short order Cooks/Chef de Parte and Cashiers for a busy Food Truck environment. Hours include 11:00am ending at 5:00am on alternating shift work, up to 45 hrs per week. Candidates must be available for all Public Holidays excluding Xmas Day. Applicants must be neat in appearance, good timekeepers, and provide great customer service. Must adhere to all policies and procedures of the food truck.

Requirements

Cooks/chef de parte must have proven record minimum of 5yrs experience in a busy kitchen environment, knowledge of health and safety practices, and knowledge of all equipment. Cashiers must have proven knowledge of POS systems; knowledge of Sargasso Sea App is a plus. All candidates must have a can-do attitude.
