Teaffany’s is seeking Chefs de Partie to join their busy kitchen team to prepare a wide range of West Indian, Filipino and/or Bermudian dishes (breakfast and lunch). Key duties include ensuring workstation preparation with required ingredients and equipment, maintaining a sanitary and organized area, assisting with coffee service, unloading food supplies, stocking the kitchen, and assisting management with inventory control.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least 5 years of directly relevant experience working in a high-volume, high-pressure kitchen environment. Must be willing to assist with daily cleaning of equipment and workspaces. Applicants must be hygienic, reliable, punctual, have a good work ethic, and be able to work on their feet all day. Must make 5:00 a.m. start each day and work on weekends.
