Reporting to the Sous Chef, the CDP will support all aspects of preparation, and service of a full varied menu. Must be prepared to work long hours, in excellent physical condition and able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be comfortable with the most robust standards of food hygiene and health and safety standards with a friendly engaging 'can do' personality.

Requirements

Holding a recognized culinary certificate and / or 3 years of progressive experience, in a busy restaurant environment.
