The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support to students and staff and assist with maintaining the School's technology infrastructure, including computers, mobile devices, printers, audiovisual equipment, networks, and educational technology systems. Responsibilities include providing help desk support, installing/upgrading IT equipment, supporting Microsoft 365, maintaining connectivity, and supporting cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements

Associate degree, diploma, or certificate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. 1 to 3 years of IT support experience preferred. Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 is desirable. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals or similar certifications are advantageous.
