The Security Senior Operations Supervisor provides overall operational oversight of the hospital's security function and serves as a key leadership link between frontline teams and the Manager, Security & Fire. Responsibilities include providing operational oversight of security services across the facility, implementing approved security procedures, providing leadership to Shift Supervisors and Security Officers, monitoring compliance with hospital policies, and reviewing incident reports to support risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Training in recognized crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or behavioral health safety programmes (MOAB) is an asset; Minimum of five (5) years of experience in security, law enforcement, military, or a healthcare safety environment preferred; Demonstrated experience supervising multiple teams, shifts, or operational units.
