Oversee the management of all positions: spa reception, spa attendants, spa technicians, and fitness staff. Perform reception desk operations and any other operational support as required. Train and asses new hire onboarding, LQA standards and corporate trainings. Ensure all standards are in place and always executed, maintaining training records. Execute HR functions such as finalize payroll, recruitment, performance reviews and disciple. Conduct daily briefings, department communicational meetings. Manage labor to budget utilizing labor management system, and ensure yield management of the book4time scheduler.

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy, Diploma or equivalent certification is required. Minimum of two (2) years spa management in a luxury hotel or cruise ship environment is required, with club management an asset.
