The successful applicants must possess the following: must have a diploma from an accredited institution and a minimum of two (2) years of work experience as a Chef de Partie within a busy kitchen environment. Must have mastered all areas of cooking and food preparations. Must be able to work under pressure and have a strong work ethic. The applicant must have experience with International and Continental cuisines. Able to cover for staff on vacation by working in all departments of the kitchen. Must assist with event catering set up and breakdown. Must hold a valid Intermediate Bermuda Driver's Licence or willing to obtain. Applicant must possess a proven record of good integrity. All staff are required to work split shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

Diploma from an accredited institution; minimum of two (2) years work experience as a Chef de Partie; experience with International and Continental cuisines; valid Intermediate Bermuda Driver's Licence or willing to obtain; police check required.
