Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, resort, private residence club, or comparable hospitality environment. Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for cleanliness, presentation, and service excellence. Understanding of the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when working in private residences. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse housekeeping team. Highly organized, proactive, dependable, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests, condominium owners, colleagues, and other departments. Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and follow through until they are fully resolved. Professional, polished, and positive demeanor at all times. Proven commitment to delivering personalized service and consistently exceeding guest and owner expectations. Strong working knowledge of housekeeping operations, room inspections, cleaning standards, and departmental procedures. Ability to manage scheduling, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, and other administrative responsibilities accurately. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and varying shifts as required by resort operations.
