BermudAir is a growing, customer-focused airline committed to safe, reliable and efficient operations. We're seeking an experienced Crew Scheduling Manager to lead planning and rostering for our flight and cabin crew, ensuring compliance, resilience and excellent crew service. You will be responsible for producing and maintaining monthly crew rosters, manage day-to-day operational changes, monitor qualifications and regulatory compliance, coordinate training scheduling, and work closely with OCC, Flight Operations, In-Flight Services, HR and Training to deliver a reliable crew scheduling service.

Requirements

Previous airline crew scheduling, crew planning or operations control experience. Working knowledge of Flight Time Limitations and relevant aviation regulations. Experience with crew management/scheduling systems (e.g., MYAIROPS, MAO, AIMS, Jeppesen, Sabre Crew Manager). Strong organizational, analytical, communication and Excel skills. Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure, independently and within a team.
