Nestled on Bermuda’s coastline in the west end, Willowbank Resort is a Christian Ministry known for its warm hospitality, relaxed island charm and exceptional guest service. We are seeking a friendly, professional to join our team. Reporting to Guest Experience Team Leader, the successful applicant will be prepared to maximize Guest Satisfaction by providing highly customized guest experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include: responding to local and international guest inquiries, checking guests in and out, making room and dining reservations, coordinating court rentals, handling POS transactions, and reconciling end of day transactions.

Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience as a Front Office Team Member. 2. Excellent organizational skills. 3. Strong Microsoft Suite skills. 4. Experience utilizing POS systems and PMS with speed and accuracy. 5. Strong Verbal and Written Skills. 6. Exceptional customer-service track record with the willingness to go above and beyond to service the needs of the guests.
