As an ICT Systems Engineer (Level I), you will join a dynamic team providing exceptional technical support and infrastructure management services to business customers. Responsibilities include managing technical incidents, support requests, and infrastructure tasks while meeting SLAs and KPIs. You will work across diverse technologies, assist with presales, and contribute to business projects in a fast-paced managed services environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience/certification; CCNA certification required; 3-5 years' experience in a Managed Services or similar IT environment; hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, Veeam, and VPN technologies; strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, unified communications, and WAN technologies; Linux administration knowledge; VoIP experience.
