The Innovation Director is responsible for driving digital transformation, technology adoption, data analytics, and process innovation across all business units. This role combines operational leadership with a forward-thinking approach to technology, focusing on the optimization of restaurant systems, including MarketMan, Point of Sale (POS) platforms, business intelligence tools, AI-driven solutions, and data analytics. The position is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve profitability, increase efficiency, enhance guest experience, and support business growth through innovation and technology. The Innovation Director serves as a key member of the senior leadership team and acts as the primary champion for modernization initiatives across restaurant, catering, and support operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience within the restaurant, hospitality, food service, or multi-unit retail industry. Demonstrated experience implementing and managing restaurant technology platforms, including POS and inventory management systems. Proven experience leading technology transformation, operational improvement, or business innovation initiatives. Strong understanding of: MarketMan, Restaurant POS systems, Business Intelligence and Dashboard Reporting, Data Analytics and KPI Management, AI Tools and Automation Platforms, Inventory & Cost Control Systems, Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools, Systems integration and process optimization.
