Bespoke Analytics is seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead the implementation of the INTX insurance software platform while managing a range of technology, data, analytics, integration, and AI projects. This is a Bermuda-based, client-facing role where you'll work closely with insurance and reinsurance organizations to gather business requirements, map processes, coordinate software implementations, manage project delivery, and provide ongoing client support. You will enjoy a varied, client-focused role delivering innovative insurance technology solutions with ongoing opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

Experience in a similar role within the Re/Insurance industry. A recognized business analysis or project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile). Background in business analysis, project management, software implementation, or consulting. Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills. Experience with policy administration, underwriting, claims, finance, bordereaux, or insurance reporting systems. Experience delivering technology or digital transformation projects. Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project-delivery methodologies. Experience with insurance software platforms, data integrations, Microsoft Power BI, Azure, and AI solutions.
