Amwins is a leading global specialty insurance distributor, bringing decades of experience and an expansive global network to deliver creative solutions to complex insurance challenges. This senior role will be responsible for proactively planning, producing, brokering and servicing new and existing business, while also providing oversight and support to team staff. Key responsibilities include identifying and maintaining relationships with production sources and placement markets, managing renewals, achieving budget targets, and mentoring staff.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of practical, job-related experience; Proven expertise in a specialized field; Holds any licences or professional credentials required; Comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of relevant area of business; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business related software; Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
