The Catering Manager is mainly responsible to increase the operational efficiency of GCG Bermuda operations. Ensures safe and efficient operations. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems. Carry out any supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies and applicable laws. Key Duties include maintaining communication with management, developing goals and strategies, implementing safety protocols, overseeing financials, managing operations, and leading a team efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field. 8+ years of proven experience in an operations management position. Knowledge in international business operations, labor laws, unions and collective agreements preferred. Proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team. Strong budget development and oversight skills, excellent delegation abilities, and strong conflict management skills.
