Gorham's Limited is looking for a well-established, impeccably organized, and highly professional individual to undertake the demanding role of Sales Floor Manager. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for performing a variety of functions related to driving sales, leading and motivating sales associates, and developing new and creative concepts to showcase products and elevate the customer experience. Oversee daily sales floor operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment. Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to succeed in exceptional selling practices. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any escalated issues professionally. Manage merchandise presentation and inventory levels. Support store leadership with scheduling and operational procedures. Candidate Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or customer service environments, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Proven ability to drive sales and lead a team to success. Excellent leadership skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Advanced experience in MS Office Suite. A clear criminal record and excellent employment references are required.
