Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the hotel. This role involves managing staff, budgets, inventories, and operational procedures to deliver a consistent, exceptional guest experience. Key Duties and Responsibilities include managing and coordinating all aspects of the housekeeping department, developing and maintaining housekeeping standards and procedures, supervising, training, and scheduling housekeeping staff, monitoring staff performance, inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, handling guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years' experience in hotel housekeeping management position, strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, ability to motivate and manage a team, knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment, familiarity with hotel management software, understanding of health and safety regulations, exceptional customer service skills.
