With knowledge of Continental Cuisine including pasta, pizza and bread making. The applicants must be willing to work split shifts, as early as 4 a.m., 6 days per week, weekends and public holidays. Must be able to work in a very busy environment with excellent customer relation skills. Applicants must have at least 5 years experience and possess written references. FULL-TIME CHEFS: With knowledge of Continental/Caribbean (Jamaican) Cuisine including pasta, pizzas and bread making. The applicants must be willing to work split shifts as early as 4 a.m., 6 days per week, weekends and public holidays. Must be able to work in a very busy environment with excellent customer relation skills. Applicant must have at least 5 years experience and possess written references. SUSHI CHEFS: With knowledge of all aspects of Sushi. Applicants must have 3 years experience. The successful applicants must be willing to work split shifts, 6 days per week. The applicants must have excellent customer service skills, as they will be expected to deal directly with the clients and be able to work under pressure. CHEF DE PARTIE: Must have 3 years proven experience with the appropriate educational qualifications. Must have knowledge of all aspects of the kitchen operations and be able to achieve high standards of quality and cost controls. Must be committed and reliable and be willing to work overtime when required. SUSHI WAITER/WAITRESS: With knowledge of all aspects of Sushi. Knowledge of Sushi would be an asset. Applicant must be able to work split shifts, 6 days per week. Must be able to assist other staff members with order preparations. 5 years experience is necessary. Written references required at time of interview. FULL-TIME EXPERIENCED WAITPERSONS: Must have 3 years experience in a very busy restaurant, must have food and beverage service experience, be able to operate a POS system and be a team player. Shift work is required, as well as evenings and weekends. Have excellent communication and time keeping skills. EXPERIENCED CLEANER/POT WASHER: (Cinema): Must have 2 years experience.. General daily cleaning and heavy lifting is required. Checking and organizing inventory deliveries. Split Shifts and on rotation, including weekends and holidays. Cleaner #1 Tuesday to Saturday 12pm - 3pm and 9pm - 12am. Sunday 3pm -12am. Cleaner #2 Monday 3pm - 12am. Tuesday - Saturday 5pm - 12am. Must have current Police Clearance. EXPERIENCED CLEANER/POT WASHER: (Speciality Inn Restaurant) Must have a minimum of two years experience. General daily cleaning and heavy lifting is required. Checking, organizing inventory deliveries. Only energetic, hardworking and reliable persons need apply. Must be willing to work all shifts, Monday to Saturday 7am.- 3 p.m., First Shift. 3 p.m. - 11 p.m., Second Shift. Sunday 7 a.m. - 12 p.m. Must have current Police Clearance. Must be willing to work all shifts and mandatory to work Sundays. The company maintains a drug free workplace.
