The Compensation, Benefits, and Recruitment Manager (CBRM) reports to the Director, People and Culture. The CBRM is responsible for the design, implementation, execution and updates to the Agency’s compensation and benefits programs. Additionally, the individual in this position is responsible for accurately processing and thoroughly reviewing CITA payroll information. The role also has responsibility for full-cycle employee recruitment duties such as: collaborating with hiring managers, drafting job advertisements, coordinating and facilitating interviews, and completing work permit applications, when applicable.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field is required. Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD, PHR) is an asset. Strong understanding of human resource management principles, the Employment Act 2000, other relevant laws, Bermuda payroll tax guidelines, and compliance requirements is required. At least 5 years of HR experience in a compensation and benefits role is required with at least 2 years at a manager level. Demonstrated experience effectively managing all aspects of the recruitment process is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
