The Senior Chef D' Partie is responsible for managing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring the quality and consistency of the food served, and maintaining high levels of hygiene and safety standards. This role involves supervising and training junior kitchen staff, assisting in menu planning, and ensuring that every dish meets the restaurant’s standards for taste, presentation, and timing. Key Duties include preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard, supervising and mentoring junior chefs, collaborating on menu ideas, maintaining cleanliness, managing stock levels, and running the kitchen in the absence of the head chefs.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: Diploma or Certification in Culinary Arts, Minimum 4 years' experience in Chef D' Partie or similar role in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen, In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment. Required Competencies: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, capacity to delegate tasks, strong focus on maintaining consistency and quality.
