We are looking for two enthusiastic, positive, and creative Chef de Partie with a minimum of two years of experience as a Chef de Partie level or higher. The successful applicants will be responsible for their individual section within our kitchen, however, will also rotate around the kitchen utilizing their knowledge and skills to support all sections of our kitchen operations. The Chef de Partie is responsible but not limited to delivering an excellent food offering, being able to adapt, when necessary, based on guests’ requirements, assisting in developing menus, consistently delivering high-level food quality at all times, maintaining correct levels of all product/stock, ensure the kitchen equipment is regularly serviced, overseeing hygiene and safety throughout the kitchen.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Qualification from a culinary school. • Experience working in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years. Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities: • Excellent listening and communication skills. • Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation. • Passion for delivering great food and service. • Multitasking and organizational ability. • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. • Proactive, dynamism, drive and acute sense of responsibilities.
