Hillcrest Boutique Hotel is seeking a capable, energetic, and highly organized Boutique Hotel Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our boutique property. This is a full-time position. Working closely with ownership, this role helps ensure the hotel operates smoothly, guests receive exceptional service, and the property maintains the high standards of presentation and care that define Hillcrest. Hillcrest is a small boutique hotel where team members take pride in taking initiative and stepping in wherever needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys beautiful environments, takes pride in detail, and brings a naturally positive energy to the workplace.

Requirements

Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or guest services preferred; Strong computer literacy and comfort working with digital systems; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment; Highly dependable with a strong record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
