We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Garden Center Sales Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for greeting customers, processing sales accurately, answering basic product questions, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming garden center environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has good attention to detail, and is willing to learn about plants, gardening supplies, and seasonal products.

Requirements

Basic plant or gardening knowledge is helpful. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Friendly and professional communication skills. Ability to work weekends. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, lifting items like plants and bags of soil, and working in various weather conditions.
