Paradise Mobile is seeking an experienced Open RAN Telecommunications Engineer to support deployment, integration, and maintenance of wireless network infrastructure. Responsibilities include installation and support of RAN systems, fiber and microwave backhaul, site surveys, troubleshooting network issues, and maintaining telecom infrastructure and power systems. Applicants must be willing to work in field environments and be available for on-call support.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid certification in tower climbing and working at high altitudes. Applicants must have a degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years' relevant experience in mobile network environments. Experience with LTE/5G, fiber optics, transmission systems, and telecom equipment vendors preferred. Knowledge of IP networking and field operations is an asset. Spanish speaking proficiency.
