Cosmic is a creative agency with a focus in Design, Branding, Marketing, Advertising, Web & PR. We work in a fast-paced environment supporting a diverse portfolio of local and international clientele. Our primary objective is to deliver professional creative solutions which support business communication and work to elevate brands. We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with our creative team, serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensure seamless execution of creative deliverables. This role also includes budget tracking, assisting with creative updates, and supporting the implementation of marketing deliverables.

Requirements

A degree from an accredited University/College or 3-5 years experience in project coordination or management Exceptional attention to detail and quality control Highly responsive and professional communication style Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset Expert organizational skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management systems and resource tracking methodologies Experience developing estimates and managing project budgets and timelines Confidence presenting to large or small groups A creative team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or willingness to learn Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends is advantageous
